The Guest cohort does not deliver the ranking as a spreadsheet. The ranking is read through Guest behavior, Guest voice, Guest return and referral patterns, Guest complaint vocabulary, Guest occasion patterns, and Guest cohort composition change over time. The reader discipline is the operating capacity to read those signals precisely enough to compose Product against them.
