Definition #
The unified framework describing the relationship between the operator’s operational state (H) and the Guest’s experience state (E). H and E are not two separate frameworks — they are one architecture described from two perspectives simultaneously. The H-Ladder names what the operator is producing. The E scale names what the Guest is receiving. They are mirror images: every H level produces the corresponding E level. The operator cannot produce E³ without building H³. The Guest cannot experience E³ in a building running at H² or below. The architecture is bidirectional — the Guest’s experience is the verdict on the operator’s operational state, and the operator’s operational state is the only variable that changes the Guest’s experience level.
