Lateral — what are the people across the operation seeing that you might not:
Vertical — what does the cast see that has not reached you:
Time — what does this decision look like at peak pressure, not at planning-table calm:
Self — what assumption are you bringing that you have not examined:
Cast — what does the cast see about this that has not made it to you:
